We deliver across Europe and USA via UPS.

Minimum order amount for shipping: €300
Shipping costs within Europe are calculated automatically at checkout

Shipping Times & Order Processing

• Orders are ready for dispatch within 3 business days after confirmation by our team

• Delivery takes up to 14 days from the date of shipment

• Tracking information is provided via email once the order has been shipped

• One order = one delivery address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders

Gifts & Packaging

• Want to send a gift? We’ll take care of it: no invoice is included, and you can add a personal message during checkout or by contacting us

• All orders are repacked in protective shipping boxes for safe delivery
  If you need the original packaging, please let us know in advance

Returns & Replacements

• We handle each case individually

• If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes

• In case of damage during delivery, we’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund

• The recipient must inspect the parcel upon delivery and report any issues by noting them next to their signature on the delivery slip
