Domaine Robert Moncuit has been in existence since 1889 and comprises 25 plots with up to eight hectares of Chardonnay, mostly from vines over 50 years old on calcareous soils. The family is committed to fresh Champagnes dominated by chalky terroir rather than fruit. Indeed, the wines have great purity and finesse, but also good complexity. The philosophy of the House is based on the principles of absolute respect for the naturalness of the vine.

100% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger displays white fruit and floral aromas on the pure and chalky, very elegant nose. The delicate mousse gives way to a very mineral and persistent taste on the palate. This medium to full-bodied Brut is full of character and complexity.
