Chateau Minuty is one of the leading estates in Provence. The family that owns Chateau Minuty has been making wine for three centuries. Prestige is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren. There is wine of character, resulting from the subtle combination of power and finesse. It offers up scents of crushed stone, sea spray, underripe peaches and melons, plus hints of garrigue. Light to medium-bodied, it's lean and streamlined on the palate, finishing tart and crisp. This comes across as almost white wine-like in style.
