This is one of the most popular and loved homes in Champagne. The style of the house, defined by the use of significant volumes of old reserve wines and long aged (sur lattes), is creamy, concentrated and extremely attractive. Underground chalk cellars in which wines are aged are more than 150 years old. The cellars were less than 100 meters from the front lines during the First World War and managed to survive, although 80% of Reims was destroyed.

Blanc De Blancs - Chardonnay that opens in the glass with aromas of citrus oil, white flowers, green apple and walnut oil, complemented by some empyrematic nuances. This is a champagne with an elegant texture and sharp taste.
