Delamotte is the fifth oldest Champagne House in the region, founded in 1760. It is located in the heart of the Côte de Blanc in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Delamotte director Didier Depond and chef Michel Fauconnet are also responsible for the Champagne Maison Salon, continuing to perpetuate long-standing house traditions including fermentation in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation.

Blanc de Blancs includes grapes from Mesnil, as well as Avize, Cramant and Oger, and spends four years on the lees in the bottle. Melon, almond and apple are decorated with orange blossom and peony, colored with orange peel and chalk in the aroma. On the palate fine texture, along with clean fruit and appetizing saltiness, seem to be common characteristics of Delamotte cuvee.
