The wine exhibits a delightful scent with hints of volcanic elements, smokiness, and minerals. On the palate, it displays a robust acidity that is distinctive from volcanic soils. Lemon, salt, stone, slightly honeyed but dry. Good length. Interesting and enjoyable.
