Production Surface Area: "Ez Crets" encompasses 0.55 hectares. Vine plantings took place in the years 1952, 1960, 1989, and 2023. The harvesting process involves manual labor and selective sorting directly in the vineyards. The wine is aged for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, with 15 to 20% of the barrels being new, followed by an additional 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling. This Chassagne Montrachet is robust and luxurious, exhibiting a concentrated flavor profile with hints of spice, candied citrus, stone fruits, toasted almonds, and delicate floral notes. It is a precise and well-structured wine with a savory and delicate character.
