Billecart Salmon is a champagne for fans of an elegant, fresh, precise style of wine. The highlight of this important home is cold fermentation, which helps preserve purity and freshness of wines. Importantly, as of 2020, the house has phased out the use of chemical herbicides. The house also uses Burgundy oak barrels for some of its wines.

Brut Reserve includes more than 50% reserve wines and 40% Pinot Meunier in the blend. Champagne opens with aromas of freshly baked bread, and apples, with a demonstrative fruit core and quite precise mousse in the palate. The appetizing salty aftertaste is worth special attention.
