Chateau Simone is a prominent name that often springs to mind when discussing Provence, as their wines have garnered significant acclaim and are highly sought-after. Situated within the limited Palette appellation of Provence, which encompasses only four domains, Chateau Simone holds a distinguished position. The estate's vineyards are situated on north-facing slopes abundant in limestone, intermingled with clay, pebbles, and gravel. This unique terroir experiences a distinct mesoclimate resulting from the combined effects of the River Ark's humidity and the protective shield offered by Montaiguet Hill, sheltering it from the wind.
