Domaine Henri Boillot has an exceptional reputation. The phasing out of new oak barrels in 2021 marks a stylistically watershed moment for Domaine Henri Boillot, moving away from nutty towards a more subdued, mineral, and terroir style. The vineyards are grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. The appellations produced consist mainly of Premier Crus and Grand Crus. There is also a special cuvée - Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchere, a wine that is produced only by Guillaume and Henri Bouillot.
