This is unfortunate, as its premier crus are just as prestigious as the grand crus of Montrachet or Corton. The 2020 Meursault Vireuils offers aromas of citrus, green apple, peach, white flowers, dried herbs, and spices. On the palate, the wine is balanced, buttery, and well-structured, with a smooth texture, harmonious acidity, floral and spicy flavors, and a long, salty-mineral finish.
