Winemaking has been handed down from father to son since 1776. The family winery has 60 plots of 8 hectares in Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the Grande Montaigne de Reims region. Biodynamically cultivated since 2008, certified by Demeter. Varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 5% Arban, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Petit Mellier.

The champagne is the result of an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, harvested from a Grand Cru site. Aging - 56 months. This fantastic cuvee was produced in an extremely limited edition of only 3544 bottles. Champagne offers pure emotions, revealing all the complexity, and at the same time the harmony between strength and finesse. The aroma has hints of sea spray, pomelo, verbena and almonds. On the palate dry but not too austere, the cuvee has great gastronomic potential in its mineral style.

William Kelley:"A blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the flinty, clay-limestone soils of Verzy, the 2013 Extra-Brut Grand Cru Verzy La Blanche Voie Special Club was disgorged in July 2019 without dosage. Offering up scents of citrus pith, pomelo, verbena and blanched almonds, complemented by subtle hints of ocean spray and honeycomb, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and intense, with a racy spine of acidity and a pure core of fruit that's complemented by a pinpoint mousse. Bone-dry but not unduly austere, it has plenty of gastronomic potential in its chiseled, mineral style".
