Champagne Louis de Sacy Kasher Mevuchal is a kosher Brut Grand Cru made from 35% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, and 5% Meunier. The nose shows red fruits, citrus, spices, herbs, and toasted bread. On the palate, it combines clear structure with a delicate texture, highlighting the character and origin of Grand Cru vineyards.

The Sacy family has been growing vines in Champagne since 1633, with roots in the Grand Cru village of Verzy on the Montagne de Reims. In 2018, Yaël and Jonathan Sacy launched Champagne Sacy Sœur & Frère, opening a new chapter that combines deep family heritage with a contemporary approach to vineyard work and winemaking. Today, the estate covers 18 hectares across six villages and 27 distinct parcels, with an average vine age of 33 years. Pinot Noir dominates plantings (65%), alongside Chardonnay (30%) and Meunier (5%). The vineyards span a range of soils, from clay-limestone to marl, including key sites in Verzy as well as parcels in Cernay, the Marne Valley, the Ardre Valley, and the Côte des Bar. The range is structured around two clear directions: Monos, focused on single-variety cuvées, and Parcellaires, highlighting individual vineyard sites. Core wines include a Blanc de Noirs and a Rosé de Maceration, both sourced from Grand Cru holdings in Verzy. Sustainability is a central focus. The estate entered organic conversion in 2021, achieved Ecocert certification in 2023, and continues transitioning additional parcels. It is also certified HVE and VDC, reflecting a broader commitment to biodiversity and responsible vineyard management. Labels, created by a local artist, bring an additional layer of meaning, linking each cuvée to the family’s history and its terroir. Alongside the core range, the portfolio also includes a Kosher Champagne — Cuvée Kasher Mevushal Brut — highlighting the domaine’s openness to different markets and audiences.
