One can often come across on the internet - the banker who became a winemaker. In our humble opinion, Tomislav Markovic is more than a winemaker, a man who goes beyond the classical understanding of wine. Tomislav does not identify himself with the wave of natural wine producers, but he takes a biodynamic approach, fermentation on wild yeasts, etc. The style of the wines is clean, with no funk or any hint of cattle yard. Tomislav's Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are a cool alternative to the Burgundy style.

Pinot Noir Parabole is dark and rich than entry-level Windspiel, but the palate is more structured, elegant, long, and profound. Pronounced aroma of dried flowers, forest berries, smoke, underbrush, and mulberry. Great! Need time for aging.
