One can often come across on the internet - the banker who became a winemaker. In our humble opinion, Tomislav Markovic is more than a winemaker, a man who goes beyond the classical understanding of wine. Tomislav does not identify himself with the wave of natural wine producers, but he takes a biodynamic approach, fermentation on wild yeasts, etc. The style of the wines is clean, with no funk or any hint of cattle yard. Tomislav's Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are a cool alternative to the Burgundy style.

Slightly smoky woody, nutty, and spicy aromas of ripe yellow fruit with some warmth, but also refreshing herbaceous-floral nuances and a hint of butter. On the palate, firm, crisp fruit with melting, spicy, and slightly peppery tones, plus lovely acidity that almost brands the wine.
