Two Hands
The Two Hands project started in 1999. From the very beginning, the bar was set very high - to create nothing less than the best Shiraz in the world. And the business succeeded. Bold, non-trivial decisions, unusual design, and quality of wines, recognized by wine critics around the world, quickly introduced Michael Twelftry and Richard Mintz to the highest circle of Australian winemaking. Two Hands produces about 20 wines depending on the year, and most of them are shiraz or blends based on it six different regions of Australia. Two Hands wants to show a different style of the cult variety on different terroirs. The wine economy is grouped into three lines: Flagships (flagships), Gardens (gardens), and Pictures (pictures).
