Champagne Bruno Paillard

1981. Bruno Paillard, born into a family of négociants, sells his Jaguar to buy his first grapes. No vineyards, no capital — just a clear, almost obsessive idea of the Champagne he wants to create. A few years in a rented cellar, and a style begins to take shape, quickly standing apart within the region.

Today, Bruno Paillard is ranked among the top 15 in the World’s Most Admired Champagne Brands 2026 — a list shaped by sommeliers, buyers and Masters of Wine. The house works in an Extra Brut style, where low dosage allows the structure and character of each wine to come through with precision. A defining detail is the systematic ageing of every cuvée after disgorgement — a rare practice even among top houses — bringing additional depth and length.

N.P.U. Rosé 2009, aged for more than 12 years, was named “Best Rosé Champagne in the World” by Champagne Magazine.

Around 500,000 bottles per year — this is the total production volume, with 75% exported to more than 40 countries. And yes, you won’t find it in supermarkets. Only in specialized wine shops and top restaurants.

At Lambier Wines, we offer a wide range of Bruno Paillard wines:
