Born into a grower’s family, Juliette has honed her expertise under the mentorship of her cousins, Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, mastering every step of champagne production—from farming and harvesting to vinification, tasting, and blending. Located in the northern Montagne de Reims, Domaine Les Monts Fournois is centered around the Premier Cru monopole Les Monts Fournois. The estate’s first vintage from this remarkable vineyard, 2022, will debut in 2027. In the meantime, the domaine offers a highly curated annual selection of vintage Grand Cru Champagnes, sourced from exceptional growers in iconic vineyards across the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Grande Vallée de la Marne.
