Cuvee des Grands Vintages Grand Cru Brut is the flagship prestige cuvee of this independent grower in Ambonnay, built as a blend of the best vintages from its top vineyard parcels. It reflects an approach to blending as a combination of the strongest years and key sites within a single wine. Biodynamic practices are applied in the vineyards. The wine is fully vinified in oak barrels, shaping its structure and depth. It is aged on the lees in bottle for around 6 years before disgorgement. The style is defined by a dense texture and layered complexity, characteristic of a multi-vintage Grand Cru from Ambonnay.
