We offer access to Champagne De Sousa Chemins des Terroirs — rarely available on the open market.
Chemins des Terroirs expresses the diversity of the De Sousa estate’s subsoils through a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier. The grapes are sourced from vineyards aged 15 to 40 years, situated across the Vallée de la Marne, Coteaux du Vitryat, and Epernay regions. The soils combine clay and chalk, contributing to the wine’s structural balance. Hand-harvested fruit undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks, with an élevage that preserves purity and freshness. The blend includes 40% reserve wine and is bottled with a dosage of 7 g/L. On the palate, the wine displays aromas of citrus, apple, pear, and quince. The mouthfeel is marked by a balance between a warm texture and lively acidity, making it well suited for aperitif service.
