We offer access to Champagne Diebolt-Vallois Rose — rarely available on the open market.
Champagne Diebolt-Vallois Rosé is a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in Cuis, Épernay, the Ardre Valley, and the Côte des Bar. It is vinified in stainless steel vats. The wine was bottled for tirage in 2023 and is aged on lees for three years before disgorgement. The dosage is 2 g/L (Extra Brut). This Rosé Champagne combines the structure of Chardonnay with the complexity of Pinot Noir, incorporating Grand Cru fruit from Bouzy (Coteaux Champenois). The palate shows a balance between acidity and roundness, with red berry and floral aromas. The finish is silky, persistent, and precise. It works well as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes.
