Domaine Bruno Clair Marsannay Les Longeroies Blanc 2022 is made from Chardonnay planted in 1991 on clay-limestone soils at 300m altitude with a south-east exposure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for 2–3 weeks to preserve purity, followed by 18 months ageing in oak barrels, bringing texture and depth. This Marsannay Blanc shows a pale gold colour and offers delicate notes of pear, peach, white flowers and fresh bread. On the palate, it opens with a fine tension and lively start, balancing elegance and freshness. A refined expression of Les Longeroies terroir.
