Eric Rodez is an independent Champagne house based in Ambonnay, founded in 1984 by an eighth-generation grower. After working at Krug, Eric Rodez developed a style focused on depth and precision, building his cuvées around reserve wines and blending 5–10 different vintages. Vinification in oak barrels and a low dosage (up to 5 g/l) define the house signature. The vineyards are farmed according to organic and biodynamic principles — still a rare choice in Champagne.
