Lambier Wines presents a tasting of wines from the talented and promising winemaker Marc Soyard, who runs the Domaine de la Cras estate near Dijon.
Soyard’s winery is increasingly gaining recognition in serious wine circles, and his work is attracting more admirers among connoisseurs.
Marc Soyard gained experience working alongside esteemed winemakers such as Jean-Yves Bizot and Yves Cuilleron. These collaborations have shaped his distinctive style, grounded in a philosophy of natural winemaking and a minimalist approach.
This tasting will be a wonderful opportunity to discover unique wines that experts predict will soon capture the attention of wine critics and collectors around the world.
Additionally, during the tasting, we will explore current wine trends in Burgundy and discuss what changes to expect in the future.
