1994. Jean-Marie Fourrier takes over the family domaine at 23, bringing experience from Henri Jayer and Domaine Drouhin. The focus is on the vineyard: old vines, no herbicides, precise parcel work. Today, the estate spans 9 hectares across Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny, including key sites like Clos Saint-Jacques and Griotte-Chambertin. In the cellar, minimal intervention — native yeasts, gravity flow, limited new oak. The result is Burgundy that is highly sought after by collectors worldwide.
